Quality is an aspect that distinguishes us, being a key factor not only for guaranteeing our customers but also for the development of new products.
From the entry of the raw material into our warehouses, through the entire manufacturing process, to the delivery of the fully finished product to the customer, we produce, control and supervise each of the steps of the complex production chain.
In order to carry out a correct quality control, we have a cross-quality system, both in our own laboratories and in those of the AITEX Technological Institute, in accordance with technical standards and international textile regulations.
Spinning
We select high-quality raw materials to guarantee a strong, uniform yarn that is ready to withstand the demands of hotel use and industrial washing. A key process to ensure durability from the origin of the fabric.
Weaving
The weaving process is the manufacturing stage in which the yarns are converted into fabrics that are later destined to manufacture the specific products. The threads are organized in warp and weft to be intertwined on our industrial looms, giving rise to different weaving structures depending on the end use, such as taffeta or satin.
Dyeing and finishing
Once the fabric has been formed, various technical finishes are applied to improve its performance. Thanks to this process, hotel textiles not only offer comfort and a good aesthetic appearance, but also high durability and performance in conditions of intensive use and continuous washing, typical of the hotel sector.
All our garments have been endorsed by the international Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification since 1998, which guarantees that they do not contain substances harmful to health.
Cutting and sewing
Depending on the final product, the cutting of the fabric will need to be automatic, with high-precision cutting guillotines, or manual.
We use state-of-the-art automated cutting and sewing equipment capable of producing hundreds of garments per hour. We also have a highly skilled team that handcrafts the garments requiring manual confection.
Quality Control
Each fabric goes through technical controls and exhaustive reviews to verify resistance, stability, touch, measurements and behavior against use and industrial washing. We analyze every detail of the process to ensure textiles that are consistent, durable, and ready to meet hotel industry standards.
Expedition
We prepare and manage each shipment with efficient and traceable logistics processes to ensure agile and safe deliveries. Organization and control are essential to respond to the needs of the hotel industry.
