Data retention and processing
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to deal with your request, unless you indicate otherwise by exercising your right to erasure, or for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations and address any liabilities that may arise from fulfilling the purpose for which the data was collected. Where necessary, RESUINSA EXPERIENCES, S.L. will cancel or rectify the data when it is inaccurate, incomplete, or no longer necessary for its purpose, in accordance with current data protection legislation.
Unless you inform us otherwise, we will understand that your data has not changed, that you undertake to notify us of any changes, and that we have your consent to use it in order to maintain the relationship between the parties.
International data transfers to countries or international organisations that have not been declared to have an adequate level of protection by the European Commission will be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, both at national and European level.
Specifically, an international transfer may take place when the data subject has explicitly given their consent, after having been informed of the possible risks to them arising from such transfers due to the absence of an adequacy decision and appropriate safeguards; furthermore, where applicable, the transfer may be necessary for the performance of a contract between the data subject and the data controller, or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request.
The data provided will not be disclosed to third parties except where there is a legal obligation to do so.
RESUINSA EXPERIENCES, S.L. will not create any type of “profile” based on the information provided. No automated decisions will be made based on profiles.
In accordance with Article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we will request your consent in order to send you advertising communications that we believe may be of interest to you, by email or any other equivalent electronic means of communication.
You have the right to object to and/or withdraw your consent to the processing of the data indicated above, where applicable, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given prior to its withdrawal, by notifying the data controller at the address(es) indicated.
Technical and organisational measures
RESUINSA EXPERIENCES, S.L. implements technical, organisational and physical measures, controls and procedures that are reasonably reliable and effective, aimed at preserving the integrity and security of your data and guaranteeing your privacy. However, it assumes no liability for damages arising from alterations that third parties may cause to the user’s computer systems, electronic documents or files.
In addition, all personnel with access to personal data have been trained and are aware of their obligations regarding the processing of personal data.
In contracts entered into with our suppliers, we include clauses requiring them to maintain a duty of confidentiality with regard to the personal data to which they have had access as a result of the work entrusted to them, as well as to implement the technical and organisational security measures necessary to guarantee the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems and services used to process personal data.
All these security measures are reviewed periodically to ensure their adequacy and effectiveness.
However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed, and no security system is impenetrable. Therefore, in the event that any information processed under our control is compromised as a result of a security breach, we will take appropriate steps to investigate the incident, report it to the Supervisory Authority and, where applicable, notify any users who may have been affected so that they can take appropriate action.
